Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Cathy moved to California at age 18 and has lived in Chester, Virginia for nearly 20 years. She concentrates her business the tri-city area but will go where her buyers want her to.

David has called Richmond, VA home since 1999. He lived in Glen Alley and is now in Short Pump. David loves selling in these areas but services all of Richmond and surrounding counties. He has extensive knowledge of REO/HUD properties, standard sales and investments.
Born in NJ, David previously resided in Missouri, Ohio, and West Virginia for college. Prior to real estate, he honed his eye for detail as a heavy equipment operator, a locomotive engineer, and in a printing factory. Married with a daughter and two cats, David enjoys reading, woodworking, building custom high-end loud speakers, camping and traveling.

Joy’s passion for homes evolved from interior design to real estate sales. For many years, she honed her keen eye in the interior design industry doing residential and commercial projects. Joy also worked for a commercial contractor with a focus in multifamily construction, staged homes for real estate agents, and bought, renovated and sold numerous properties. She obtained her Virginia sales license in 2016, and is a very visual agent who can maximize a home’s potential in a way many cannot see.
Joy loves making a house a home. She strives to inspire buyers with her design sense, to help them envision and find their dream space. Joy can also stage and market homes for sellers to maximize their appeal and value. Born and raised in Fredericksburg, Virginia, Joy graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Interior Design. She lives in the near west end of Richmond where she enjoys running and working out with a great group of friends. One of her bucket list items got checked off in 2015 when Joy qualified for and ran the Boston marathon. She also loves the beach, and volunteering in a kindergarten class in the east end of Richmond.
Joy’s greatest “joy” is her three children who continue to inspire her to live life to the fullest. She truly believes that “life is 10% of what happens to us and 90% of how we react,” so she tries to wake up with a positive outlook every day.

Kimberly spent a year working as an Executive Assistant to the OP of the Regional Office. Meredith grew up in Charlottesville, Virginia around horses, with acreage and other features of more rural and suburban areas. “My specialty is becoming the expert in the area where my clients need me. I sold clients’ horse farms, to then renovate a suburban bungalow for a downsize, or taken clients who live in tight quarters and found them a place to roam on. Whether it is rental property liquidation and custom-built new construction; each transaction brings something new and different to the table.”
Being a professional interior designer laid the groundwork for adding residential sales to her business in 2013 in Richmond, Virginia. Soon after graduating from VCU with degrees in both French and Interior Design, Meredith started her own interior design company and was so successful, she was elected the youngest president of the Virginia Chapter for the American Society of Interior Designers. This role required her taking on many national leadership positions for students all over the country, and inspired her passion for real estate.
Meredith is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Certified Interior Designer (CID), and a professional member of both the National Association of Realtors and American Society of Interior Designers. She was drawn to Keller Williams Realty for the firm’s core values – God, Family, Business.
In her free time, Meredith volunteers within her church and her children’s schools. She speaks French fluently, and is an avid exercise enthusiast with a state powerlifting title!

Tina has lived in Tappahannock for the last 24 years. Interestingly, she was born in the car on the side of the road across from the historic Prestley Barn on Rt. 360 in King William County, because her parents stopped to pick up relatives and didn’t quite make it in time to the hospital! Tina spent her early childhood years in Fredericksburg, moved to Florida, then returned to Virginia at age 16. She has resided in the Northern Neck ever since.
A graduate of Liberty University, Tina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. She also has a designation in Insurance Practices from AICPCU/IIA. Tina crossed over a couple of career paths that have all been centered in working with people and maintaining the highest level of customer service. She enjoyed a 10 year span within the field of insurance claims and subrogation, plus owned and operated a successful cleaning business for a decade.

For years she enjoyed volunteering and serving in leadership roles with youth sports organization while her two boys were growing up. Now that she and her fiancé are empty nesters and no longer spend every weekend at a baseball field watching travel ball tournaments, they like exploring the different vineyards that Virginia has to offer. Other favorite things to do include spending time loving on the grandkids, and traveling to Charlottesville to visit their favorite WaHoo.
Victoria has been a real estate professional for over 18 years in four different states including Fairfield County, CT and Howard County, MD. She settled in Chesterfield County, VA in 2012, where she developed a sincere passion for serving her community.
Many successful years of renovating homes, and maintaining her own properties as a landlord, inspired her to enter the field professionally. She is even more passionate about helping other people buy and sell homes!
