Originally from San Diego, California, Tamara first fell in love with real estate alongside her passions for art, design, yoga—and her husband, Andy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, a Master’s degree in Psychology, and previously owned and operated a yoga studio for more than a decade. That background strongly influences how she works: how she communicates, how she negotiates, and how she supports people through what can be an emotional, high-stakes process.

Tamara and Andy now call Richmond home. They moved to be closer to family, including daughter Devin and two grandsons—Alden and Wyatt. Her son Sage, who serves in the U.S. Navy, lives in Washington state and is expecting a daughter, Daisy. Outside of real estate, Tamara is drawn to experiences that feel authentic and inspiring: discovering great coffee shops (especially while traveling), exploring art galleries, listening to live acoustic music, and watching modern dance.

Her yoga practice helps keep her grounded and present, but Tamara doesn’t confuse gratitude with complacency. As she often says, “This isn’t just a sales job—this is someone’s future, and it’s in my hands.” She is thoughtful, driven, and committed to making the process as informed, fluid, and low-stress as possible—without ever losing sight of the human side of real estate.
