That team is now 68 people across five markets, and it has closed more than 5,000 homes worth $2 billion, which makes it first in Virginia by units sold and volume.
The structure is the argument. Rather than one roster covering Central Virginia thinly, Mike gave each market its own lead and its own broker — people who live where they sell.
