Mike founded The Hogan Group in 2010 on the conviction that a Virginia seller deserves a team that knows the county, not just the listing. Sixteen years later that team is 76 people across five markets, and it has closed more than 5,000 homes worth $2 billion — first in Virginia by units sold and volume.
